Phil Mickelson made history on Sunday as he won the PGA Championship and became the oldest player in history to ever win a major championship in the process.

It was an incredible day of golf that had a little bit of everything from Mickelson, including an awesome hole out for birdie on the fifth hole.

Mickelson took a two-stroke lead with him into the final hole and after finding the rough with his drive he hit a beautiful approach shot that led to a tap-in par and the win.

His walk up to the green was incredible, too, as a sea of fans followed him up  the fairway.

Check out these scenes.

Amazing.
