Highlighting MLB All-Star Game starter snubs from AL and NL

MLB announced its starters for the 2021 All-Star Game at Coors Field. We go over the players who missed out on being starters.

The 2021 MLB All-Star Game is set to take place on July 13 at Coors Field in Denver, Colorado. The League is announcing starters for the American League and National League on Thursday night at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN. We won’t know which pitchers are going from the AL and NL or the reserves; MLB will announce both of these categories on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. ET on ESPN. So we’ll get to see who will be in the field for the AL and NL for the Mid-Summer Classic.

Every year — especially in 2021 — we see players who should have gotten in as starters but were left off because of how competitive most positions are in the AL and NL. This year we’ve got a couple of big names that we’ll go over below.

American League Snubs
