Conventional wisdom is that rookie wide receivers tend to break out in the second half of the season, and Elijah Moore is doing everything he can to prove that true with his performance of late. Jets second-rounder entered Sunday's game with 195 yards and three touchdowns on 20 targets in his previous three games, but he had his best game by far Sunday against the Dolphins.

Playing with third-string QB Joe Flacco, Moore was the star of the Jets offense, leading the team with 11 targets (28% target share), and he turned that into eight catches for 141 yards and a touchdown. It was a career-high in catches and his first 100-yard game ever, and he now has 336 yards on 24 catches over the past four games -- with at least 13.1 PPR points in each game.

If you remember back to the preseason, Moore was the talk of Jets camp from basically the moment he stepped on the field in minicamps. The 34th overall pick was drawing comparisons to Antonio Brown during camp and was, by all accounts, the team's best offensive player. He suffered a quad injury during training camp that derailed him, and then a concussion also limited early in the season, but he's hitting his stride now. And he's been doing it while mostly playing less than a full-time snap share.

The Jets are in the middle of another dreadful season, especially on the offensive side of the ball, and they need all of the positive signs they can get. Moore is showing signs of being a potential superstar, and he's rostered in just 60% of CBS Fantasy leagues.

Moore is going to be one of the top targets on waivers for Week 12, and I could even see him being a bigger priority than Darnell Mooney or Brandon Aiyuk where they are available -- both are around 20% available right now. Both are showing signs of breaking out and both had big games Sunday, but Moore could be the legitimate No. 1 wide receiver for the Jets moving forward, and he might be every bit as talented as either Mooney or Aiyuk. You'll want him on your team.

Here's who else we'll be looking for add for Week 12:

Sunday's game was a very good example of why you want Newton around on your Fantasy team. He had a solid game as a passer, with 189 yards on 21 of 27 passing with two touchdowns, but that wouldn't have been enough for a good Fantasy game. Add in 46 yards and a touchdown on the ground, however, and you've got Newton as a No. 1 QB for the week. He won't score a rushing touchdown every week, but he's got a pretty good chance to find the end zone in any given game, and with the playmakers he has around him in the passing game, he should be good enough in that part of the game. That's all he'll need to be in the top-12 discussion most weeks.

Michael Carter was forced to leave Sunday's game with an ankle injury, and he was unable to return, which means there could be an opening in the Jets backfield. It's unlikely either Johnson or Coleman would be a must-start option, however, the Jets do get one of the best matchups in the league for running backs in Week 12, with the Texans on the way. Prioritize Johnson over Coleman because of his pass-catching chops, and he should be in the RB3 discussion if Carter is out.

D'Onta Foreman was a pretty big let down in this one, with just 25 yards on seven carries (5.0 Fantasy points in PPR), and Adrian Peterson wasn't much better (40 rushing yards, 6.5 PPR points). The surprise of the day for the Titans was actually Dontrell Hilliard, who stepped up in Jeremy McNichols' absence, rushing for 35 yards on seven carries and adding eight catches for 47, while being targeted a team-high 10 times. Hilliard is in his fourth season and has just 26 career targets, and he caught just 17 passes in his final two seasons at Tulane, so to say this performance was a surprise is really underselling it. However, if McNichols doesn't return in Week 12, Hilliard could be a flex option in PPR leagues against the Patriots.

With Julio Jones on IR and A.J. Brown banged up -- not to mention no Derrick Henry -- the Titans desperately need someone to step up. It looked like that might be Marcus Johnson after his big Week 10, but when he went down with a hamstring injury Sunday, it was Westbrook's chance to step up. Westbrook was third on the team in targets behind Brown and Hilliard with eight, and while that was just a 15% target share, it was still good to see. He did plenty with those targets, as he put together his third game with double-digit Fantasy points in a PPR league. Westbrook hasn't been great this season, but he's got an opportunity to step up, and he did that Sunday. In deeper leagues, see what he's got.
