Reports: Las Vegas Raiders to host Super Bowl LVIII in 2024 at Allegiant Stadium

The Super Bowl is headed to Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas Raiders’ Allegiant Stadium is expected to host Super Bowl LVIII in 2024, according to both the Las Vegas Review-Journal and ESPN.

Neither the league nor the Raiders commented to ESPN, but the announcement is expected to come at the NFL owners meetings on Wednesday in Dallas.

The Raiders moved to Las Vegas in 2020 and started playing at Allegiant Stadium, the brand new $2 billion venue located adjacent to the Las Vegas Strip. The stadium has a 65,000 seat capacity, though it can be expanded to surpass the 70,000-mark for certain events. The NFL wants Super Bowl venues to hold at least 70,000 fans.

Allegiant Stadium — which is also home to UNLV and held the Pac-12 championship game earlier this month — is also set to host the Pro Bowl in February and the NFL draft in April.

The Super Bowl this season will be held at SoFi Stadium, home to both the Los Angeles Chargers and Rams, in Inglewood, California in February. The Arizona Cardinals will host the game in 2023 at State Farm Stadium.

The New Orleans Saints will then host the Super Bowl in 2025 at the Caesars Superdome following the three-year stint in the West. They were initially supposed to host the game in 2024, but it was pushed back due to a scheduling conflict.
