Tiger Woods headed up to Augusta with his son Charlie for a practice round on Tuesday with the intent of gauging his readiness to compete in next week's Masters. Coverage included tracking the Woods' family flight from South Florida to Augusta, and the question remains: could a return be imminent or was this just the most well covered father-son golf outing ever?
Clear across the country, Rory McIlory is steering wide away from the Masters hype as he's in the field for this week's Valero Texas Open. This marks the first time since 2014 that McIlroy will play his way into Masters week as he looks to complete the elusive career grand slam.
