The final day of group play in the World Cup is always one full of excitement as the last two games are played concurrently to avoid any teams resting players or getting a marked advantage over another. That also leads to high drama, as was the case with Group H on Thursday morning.

Morocco defeated group-leading Colombia, 1-0, in a game that finished minutes before the Germany-South Korea match went final. If Germany broke a 1-1 tie with South Korea, the Germans would move on. If South Korea won or forced the tie, that final spot would go to Morocco.

After double-digit stoppage time minutes, the final whistle sounded and the tie stood. Morocco would play in the round of 16. The moment they found out is everything beautiful about sport.

Morocco will have their hands full with France in the knockout stage, but the women's squad has already gotten their first World Cup wins ever and have blazed new territory for their country.
