Mariners Fan Miraculously Catches Foul Balls on Back-to-Back Pitches

Catching a foul ball is a rare treat for any fan in attendance at at MLB game, but one Seattle Mariners fan defied the odds Monday night when he caught two foul balls on consecutive pitches.
During the first inning of the Mariners' tilt against the Kansas City Royals, leadoff hitter Josh Rojas hit a foul pop fly toward the left field line. It drifted over the wall into the stands, where a fan in a Seattle jersey could be seen celebrating after catching the souvenir.
The very next pitch saw an eerily similar result, as Rojas once again was late on the pitch and sent it to the seats in between third base and left field. Low and behold, the fan who came up with this ball was the very same man who caught the first one.

"He's got both!" shouted the commentator, as the fan stood up while double-fisting both baseballs. The other fans in the section looked bewildered over the luck of their neighbor, who just experienced a moment most baseball fans could only dream of.
Not only did the fan catch back-to-back foul balls out along the left field line, but he did so during the Mariners' first at-bat of the game, leaving him plenty of time to potentially secure a coveted third foul ball as the game progresses.
